METRO ART

Local cultural organization, the Japanese American Cultural & Community Center (JACCC), and artists Susu Attar and Kuniharu Yoshida, designed an original, large-scale, site-specific artwork installed on the temporary fence at the project site along Center Street during the construction period. The team developed community workshops and an art activity packet that helped inform the design process. The artwork was digitally printed onto vinyl banners.
